For some courses specific entry requirements may apply, for example previous experience or study. We will be able to tell you more when you enquire. If you do not have the required level of English or Maths for the course of your choice, we may be able to remedy that quickly.

Your Guide to Entry Requirements at Different Levels of Study
Entry LevelIf you have: - No qualifications. This starter level is ideal for you to build your learning experience to go onto Level 1.
Level 1If you already have :- GCSE Grades E-G – Ideal for those with lower grade results – additional requirement is a keenness to study in subject chosen. You can then progress to Level 2
Level 2If you already have: - GCSE Grade C-E. This is ideal to build on your existing study skills. You will need to be committed to study in your chosen subject. YOU can progress to Level 3
Level 3If you already have: - 4 GCSEs at C or above. Study at this level will require a specific subject mix
A LevelsIf you already have three Bs and three Cs at GCSE Level you can study for A Levels in our Sixth Form
Level 4If you have reached at least Level 3 you can study for a HND - HNC - NVQ Level 4 and other professional courses. Work on these courses involves a range of complex and specialist activities.
