The successful applicant will be working for an established furniture company based in Blackburn. They will be responsible for providing excellent customer service within a retail environment.
We are looking for a confident talented, dynamic and motivated person with a good personality to join a successful sales team with real commitment to delivering first class customer satisfaction.
Full training will be given and will be working with a friendly enthusiastic team full training will be given, duties will include;
Up selling and cross selling various products to customers.
Liaising with customers answering questions regard the company’s products and services both face to face and over the telephone
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Booking in customer appointments
Processing of orders
Ensuring customers are kept up to date with order progression.
Achieving sales targets with your team.
Providing first class customer services all round.
General administrative duties.
Have excellent sales, customer service and administration skills.

Good listening and communication skills
The successful applicant should possess the following qualities: enthusiastic,
works well as part of a team,
able to deliver consistently to a good level of accuracy,
GCSE’s in Maths and English grade C or above (Desirable)

NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service
