This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, reliable, organised and hardworking Business Administration Apprentice to join a growing and successful company as a Business Administration Apprentice.
The company are looking to train and develop a Business Administration apprentice to perform general claims administration support duties and provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Office and Business managers in accordance with company Policies and Procedures. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work in the Group’s financial services departments
Main duties & responsibilities:
Computer input & spreadsheet management
General support to Office / Business Managers
General Administration duties: postage / filing etc
Check correctness of paperwork & documentation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good Telephone Manner.
Good IT skills including understanding of, MS Office (Word & Excel) and outlook
Good organisational skills.

Keen to develop a career in Business Administration

Confident and outgoing personality
5 GCSE’s at Grades A*-C (including Maths, English) desirable. Candidates will be required to undertake initial assessment at Blackburn College.

OCR Level 2 Combined Qualification in Business and Administration
Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT at Level 1 if required
