Interaction with all office staff and Director on a daily basis, all customers via telephone so politeness and helpfulness and good telephone manner is essential part of the role.
Help with the website and Facebook page may also be required.General Office duties, administration, filing answering the phone directing calls, computer work (training provided on office systems) and Word/Excel literacy needed, taking the post etc.

Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication skills
GCSE’s in Maths and English at Grades A*-D or equivalent
Candidates will be required to undertake initial assessment at Blackburn College as part of the application process.
