- Job Description
The ideal candidate will be play a key role in the general day to day running of the office. They will be filing, answering telephone calls, opening mail, organising outgoing mail and scanning documents onto the system. They will also be liaising with file handlers with admin work. All this will ensure a smooth and efficient running of a very busy office.

Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication skills
GCSE’s in Maths and English at Grades A*-C or equivalent
Candidates will be required to undertake initial assessment at Blackburn College as part of the application process.
