Job Description

Since its inception in 2010, Lance Mason has seen substantial growth and achieved exceptional success. One of the defining factors associated with its success has been the firm's ability to take junior candidates and grow them organically from within. The dedicated in house Lance Mason Training Academy offers a unique platform for all members of various levels to enhance not only their technical skills, but also their soft skills such as communication, negotiation, conflict handling, etc.

A unique opportunity has now opened up within the Finance Department of the business. The firm is scouting for an enthusiastic, energetic individual. You don't need to be the most experienced, but you must have a desire to learn and better yourself in line with the training program offered. The firm is willing to invest as much into you as you are into the firm.

This is a hands on position where you will be required to contribute from the outset, however the firm will do everything in their power to ensure you succeed and grow with the business, to not only reach your career goals, but also your personal goals.

The role is open to candidates of all backgrounds and experience, however given this is a finance based role, the ideal candidate will be comfortable dealing with large amounts of data on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be competent with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.

The successful candidate will form part of the Clients & Collections Team, and receive training on the following areas:
