As Business Administration Apprenticeship with Canterbury Fireplaces you will be working in a customer facing environment.
Main duties will include:
Dealing with customers face to face and on the telephone
Answering the telephone
Using Word and Excel

Must have good communication skills both verbally and written.
A good telephone manner.
Good attention to detail
Personable and reliable
Must be smart and well presented as dealing with customers.
GCSE English and Maths at grade C plus or equivalent
Possibility of a long term position on successful completion of the Apprenticeship

OCR Level 2 combined qualification in Business and Administration
