Job Description

As a Customer Service Apprentice with Star Tissue UK you will provide a first class customer orientated telephone service to all customers. 
You will work as part of the Sales team processing customer enquiries, orders and deliveries on Sage effectively. 
You will provide a full range of administrative and clerical support to the Star team.
Main duties and responsibilities:


• The post-holder must at all times carry out his/her duties with due regard to the Star Sales Process and Customer service guidance and any other guidance issued by the senior team.
• The post holder will ensure they are always aware of all Star products and procedures and that they process customer’s enquiries professionally with speed and accuracy.
• Communicating effectively with customers face to face, in writing, or by telephone, resolving problems and improving customer relations, promoting products and services, keeping records, gathering customer feedback, working in a team, developing complementary technical skills according to job role.
• The post holder will Liaise with the warehouse and carriers with regards to the despatch of orders and ensure information is available to customers regarding any changes to orders, delivery or services.
• The post-holder will be responsible for inputting and updating the Sage System and will be required to process orders on a daily basis.
• To ensure the Sage Customer database is up to date at all times with the all the required contact details.
• To undertake any duties as directed by the line manager.

• The post-holder will take a flexible approach to changing patterns of work and undertake such other duties as are consistent with the job purpose and grade of post.

Qualifications required

GCSE grades A*-C in English & Maths desirable
