You will be responsible for contacting existing clients to provide a customer service call, deal with complaints and create a relationship with suppliers and clients.

Candidate must be able to communicate clearly and problem solve under pressure
Candidate must be hardworking, reliable with a positive can do attitude
The ideal candidate will want to learn new skills and develop themselves for the future
Must be able to pass an initial assessment in Maths & English at the College
Must work towards a Level 2/3 qualification in Business Administration

Training to be Provided
OCR Level 2/3 combined qualification in Business and Administration
City & Guilds Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT if required
