This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, reliable, organised and hardworking candidate to join a well- established and successful company as a Customer Service apprentice.
The company are looking to train and develop a Customer Service Apprentice to provide efficient and effective customer service support to customers, Franchisees and the Office and Business Managers in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Main duties & responsibilities:
Liaising with couriers on behalf of Franchisees and customers
Data inputting to keep spread sheets and records up to date
Updating Franchisees and customers on progress of shipments
Aiding Franchisees and customers in using our online systems
- General support to Office / Business Managers
Currently based in Haslingden but we are looking to move, as yet no concrete date. Moving to Petre Court BB5 5HY.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable on the phone with clear, pleasant telephone manner.
- Strong IT skills including MS Office (Word & Excel) and outlook

Candidates will be required to pass an initial assessment at Blackburn College.

OCR Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service
Level 1 (City and Guilds)Functional skills in English, Maths and ICT if required
Opportunity to progress onto the Advanced Apprenticeship at L3.
A permanent position may be available on successful completion of the apprenticeship
