Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, reliable, organised and hardworking candidate to join a well- established and successful company as a Customer Service apprentice.

The company are looking to train and develop a Customer Service Apprentice to provide efficient and effective customer service support to customers, Franchisees and the Office and Business Managers in accordance with company policies and procedures.

 

Main duties & responsibilities:

 

  • Liaising with couriers on behalf of Franchisees and customers

  • Data inputting to keep spread sheets and records up to date

  • Updating Franchisees and customers on progress of shipments

  • Aiding Franchisees and customers in using our online systems

  • General support to Office / Business Managers

 

Other information

Currently based in Haslingden but we are looking to move, as yet no concrete date. Moving to Petre Court BB5 5HY.

Skills required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable on the phone with clear, pleasant telephone manner.
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office (Word & Excel) and outlook
  • Problem solving skills
  • People skills
  • Good time Management

Qualifications required

Candidates will be required to pass an initial assessment at Blackburn College.

A permanent position may be available on successful completion of the apprenticeship
