- Job Description
Heskins require an E-content Assistant to assist the Marketing Manager in the day to day tasks within the Marketing department.
The Marketing departments role within Heskins is to help increase online exposure for the company and its associated brands, as well as assist colleagues by ensuring the companies IT infrastructure is always up and running.
Duties for the successful candidate will include:
Website content editing.
Social media management.
Video creation for Youtube channels.
Basic IT support.
Liaise with 3rd party IT support to resolve more complicated IT problems within the company.
Market research for the sales department.
The successful candidate will be expected to liaise with colleagues daily, as well as external contacts so a polite, enthusiastic attitude will be required alongside a good telephone manner.
Good organisational skills are vital to managing the workload.
Basic IT knowledge will be required for parts of the role, however further training will be conducted onsite.
A creative mindset with attention to detail as well as good English skills will be required for the role and examples of these will be requested. Examples from education or from personal activities will be suitable.
Also desirable, but not necessary requirements are Photoshop and photography knowledge as well as confidence with dealing with figures and measurements in metric and imperial.

Outgoing, enthusiastic attitude with good attention to detail
Minimum grade C in GCSE English and Maths
You will be required to pass an initial assessment in Maths and English as part of the application process.
