Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Administration Apprentice to join the team at Kare Plus! You will be responsible for providing full administration support whilst also completing an Apprenticeship in Level 2 Business Administration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing full administration support to the Recruitment team

  • Assisting in formatting candidates’ CVs

  • Maintaining and updating vacancies on job sites

  • Recording and updating information on the CRM system

  • Dealing with enquiries via telephone and email

  • Photocopying, scanning, filing and shredding paperwork

  • Assist with marketing activity

  • Ensure CMR is kept cleansed and candidates are always updated with current activity

  • Document validation




Person Specification

Skills Required

  • Excellent IT skills and confident in using computer programs, including using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Able to work on Social Media sites eg. Twitter, Facebook

  • Strong organizational, eye for detail and time management skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written

  • Quick learner and able to follow instructions

  • Motivated to develop self and learn new skills

Enthusiastic and committed individual, who is eager to develop themselves.

Have an outwardly positive and passionate demeanour

Ability to maintain the honesty and integrity of the firm

Qualifications required

English and Maths GCSE’s Grade A*-C and preferably ECDL qualification

Candidates will be required to undertake initial assessment at Blackburn College as part of the application process. 

Other Information

Due to the location of this role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.
