Job Description

The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the relevant department as required.  To understand, implement and adhere to the company SHEQ policy/strategy. 


  • Type and word process various documents and electronic information
  • Manage, organise and update relevant data using the relevant applications
  • Arrange and where necessary participate in meetings, conferences and project team activities
  • General office duties, e.g. filing, printing, photocopying, providing refreshments to the office
  • Receiving and collating information generated through the department
  • Maintaining the stationary supply
  • Reception and telephone responsibility as and when required
  • Additional duties as stated in the departmental duties list
  • Photocopy all relevant information and distribute as appropriate to head office and other sites
  • File resident information in both the main files and site files
  • Complete mail merges and prepare information ready to send in the post for Residents
  • Scan drawings and distribute and files as appropriate

Previous experience within an admin based role

Dealing with telephone enquiries

Computer Literate in MS Office

Previous experience within construction sector

Advanced skills in MS Office
