Job Description

NeoNickel has 7 offices operating in 6 countries across Europe. The company has grown considerably in size and profitability after the re-branding in 2013.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, who is keen to provide fresh ideas and has a passionate interest in digital communications, to join our fast paced and ever-developing business.

The role would incorporate a wide range of responsibilities where the development of SEO and PPC would be a key focus.

Responsibilities:

As an integral part of the IT team, you will be responsible to administrate all areas of digital marketing, which will include:

Working with our Marketing Partner to create informative and effective search engine optimised content for the website and external postings.

Overseeing PPC campaigns, monitoring their performance and ROI.

Developing and managing the Company's email marketing campaigns.

Managing the Company's social media accounts, ensuring all copy is relevant for the different platforms in line with business requirements.

Keeping up to date with SEO changes and advances in social media and advising on new media channels -

Collating and reporting monthly performance statistics for digital communications across all channels and using these statistics to develop future digital activity.

Skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills with employees, customers, and management.

Excellent telephone communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.

Understanding of the importance of data security and confidentiality.

Ability to identify a problem and  provide appropriate solutions.

Good organizational skills and the ability to work well under stress and time pressures.

Demonstrate creative thinking in driving the business forward.

Personal Qualities

  • A 'can do' attitude
  • A good standard of education with at least an A-level (or equivalent) in a relevant or an analytical subject.

Qualifications required

Ideally 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English at grade C or above
