Job Description

The Job Role

You will be training and working within the envelope manufacturing process.

The main duties and responsibilities will include the following:

 

  • Understanding and applying skills to the process from start to finish covering both roles of Machine Assistant/Packer and Machine Adjuster. 

  • Learning the different jobs in accordance with client requirements.

  • Learning and understanding how to set up a job to the requirements of the job bag.

  • General tasks including labeling boxes, allocation of pallets and attention to detail on information.

  • General maintenance including cleaning of the work area and the machine whilst keeping the machine maintained to a high standard.

  • Learning and understanding the ISO9001 process including quality checks throughout the process.

  • A training program structure will be provided to assist.

 

The trainee will be with a member of staff at all times to be shown the process until necessary.
