- Job Description
Main duties include preparation/ clearing down of bar service and customer areas, working alongside the food and beverage manager, bar/ food service colleagues and chefs, serving drink to customers and handling enquiries and payments.
Duties also include maintaining safe and hygienic working practices.

Flexible approach to work
Good communication skills
Able to work under pressure and multi task
Good organisational skills
Maths and English GCSE or equivalent qualifications preferred but must have the ability to undertake an initial assessment.
This role includes weekend work/ flexible hours on a rota basis. Applicant must be willing to work split shifts (if required).

Duration can vary depending on commitment/ experience of candidate
Training to be Provided
All aspects of NVQ Level 2 Food and Beverage Service.
Functional Skills if required
Will be trained and assessed totally in the workplace.
