Job Description

The Fence Gate is an 18th century inn in Fence, near Burnley where you will find a traditional bar with real ales and an open fire. Our Brasserie offers various dining areas and two private function rooms for those special occasions.

The Main duties of the Front of House Apprentice include:

Following safe and hygienic working practices

Carrying out food and drink service responsibilities

Working as part of a team

Completing your training in all areas of the restaurant and bar

Qualifications

Maths & English GCSE preferred, however applicants will undertake a college initial assessment in Maths and English as part of the application process.
