Personal Assistant to the Vice Principal Curriculum and Quality

Working as part of the PA Team within the College Executive you will provide a direct, confidential, comprehensive and highly effective administrative support service to the Vice Principal – Curriculum and Quality.
You will have substantial experience providing executive support with outstanding organisational skills. You will be a strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrate initiative. Diplomatic and discrete in approach, you will be able to manage a complex and demanding workload, be able to deliver to deadlines and work well under pressure with the ability to assimilate large quantities of written and verbal communication quickly.
This key role also includes organisation and planning for key meetings, diary management and assessing priority of appointments supporting the Vice Principal to make effective use of her time, developing and creating bring forward and reminder systems and providing relevant and timely information.
You must be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a related discipline and have previous experience of working in a demanding administrative / office environment supporting staff at different levels. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, with a flexible approach to their work, who uses their initiative at all times, thrives on being busy and can adapt well to new challenges.
