- What will I study?
A 2014 Ofcom report noted that Facebook remains the default social networking site for almost all UK adults who are online; 24 million people in the UK check into Facebook daily and 1 in 7 people on the planet are using it. That makes Facebook a pretty powerful communications tool for small organisations who want to be found by and communicate with their customers with 42% of marketers reporting that Facebook is critical or important to their business.
This is a small group workshop for people who are fairly new to Facebook for business use, or have a page that they are not using well. This half day workshop will get you using Facebook for business safely and effectively covering:
- Starting with a strategy - How to make best use of Facebook to grow your organisation
- Exploring all the tools
- The rules – including competitions
- Ensuring your page is attractive and has all your up-to-date information
- Exploring Facebook adverts, one of the most cost-effective forms of paid marketing
- Monitoring and analytics
By the end of the workshop you will have an action plan to implement immediately. We will work live so please bring your laptop, log in details - and questions
This course can be booked separately or as part of our full social media suite of courses, see here
- Entry Requirements
There are no specific entry requirements however we would ask that students have basic computer skills and have a good command of English.
Please ensure that you already have your social media account(s) activated as there will not be the opportunity to set these up and remember to bring your passwords and log in details so that you can work live during the sessions.
Don’t forget to bring any questions that you may wish Jane to answer!
