This Level 2 Food Hygiene course is a self-study course, formerly known as either the Foundation or Basic Food Hygiene, and maps to the Industry Standards set by Improve Ltd, the Sector Skills Council for the Food and Drink Manufacturing Industry in the UK. This course is aimed at anyone working in the Manufacturing industry, whether that be in food processing / manufacturing, food assembly, packaging or food storage.

What will I study?

Upon successfully passing the assessment the learner will be able to print their own City & Guilds accredited certificate. Please note this course is not a qualification.
