The course has relevance to all types of care settings, including hospices, care homes, care in the community and primary care.
The course will provide learners with an understanding of the principles of palliative care, encouraging them to take a person-centred approach to meet the emotional, spiritual and social needs of people who are nearing the end of life and their families.
This is a distance learning package. You will be provided with a support assessor who will contact you via e-mail and telephone.
