Advance Notice of Travel delays

The centre of Blackburn is undergoing a transformation with new building projects such as the new University Centre, new multi-storey carpark and new Health Centre. This has resulted in the loss of Council Pay and Display car parking and temporary road closures. We would advise anyone visiting the College to use Feilden street as Alma street has been closed.
