Students Participate in Europe's Premier Food Festival
Blackburn College students were given the opportunity to participate in Obsession - one of Europe's premier gastronomic events, hosted by AA Hotel of the Year Northcote.
The star studded event took place over 17 nights and saw renowned international chefs fly in from around the world to deliver unforgettable dining experiences to patrons.
The College was represented by 14 Catering and Hospitality students, who worked alongside celebrity chefs to ensure spectacular food and service for hundreds of guests.
Students received invaluable work experience, working alongside distinguished chefs to get taste of the high-flying culinary world.
