Lifetime Skills Guarantee

Major expansion of education and training

Plans to transform the training and skills system, making it fit for the 21st century economy, and helping the country build back better from coronavirus.

Any adult aged 19 and over who wants to achieve their first full Level 3 qualification, which is equivalent to an advanced technical certificate, diploma or A-Levels, can now access fully-funded courses.

This offer is part of the Lifetime Skills Guarantee announced by the Prime Minister in September 2020. It represents a long-term commitment to remove the age constraints and financial barriers for adults looking for their first Level 3 qualification so that they can access training to enable them to progress.

In addition, from April 2022, any adult in England earning under the National Living Wage annually (£18,525) will also be able to access these qualifications for free, regardless of their prior qualification level.

Our courses are available in a variety of lengths and sectors to support adults to get the skills they need to boost their careers.
