- Job Description
A typical Business Admin role involving;
organising weekly registers,
cash flow spreadsheets,
liaising with graphic designers and printers,
being the voice of FACE; making and receiving calls for new business, current service users
and also managing social media feeds.
General office management and procurement will also be a part of the role.
The role requires a highly organised and forward thinking individual. Day to day tasks will include management of the office, updating all data including registers, CRM, cashflow, and keeping accurate records of all donations and fundraising. The need to contact and organise meetings with educational establishments, businesses and fellow non for profit organisations is also a must. You will liaise with funding partners, donors, parents and team FACE as a whole. We will hope to develop your design skills and also undergo basic google docs training.

Good standard of Maths, English and ICT
Excellent communication skills
Happy to develop if candidate has willingness and motivation to learn and progress in a business environment
GCSE grades at A* – C or equivalent qualifications desirable
