Job Description

The successful candidate will be expected to work as part of the Sales/Customer Service Team:

  • Working with online portals including website/eBay/Amazon etc.

  • Up selling and cross selling various products to customers.

  • Liaising with customers answering questions regard the company’s products and services.

  • Excellent written communication skills - both written and verbal

  • Ability to write descriptions to high standard

  • Processing of orders coming through via websites, telephone & email.

  • Ensuring customers are kept up to date with order progression.

  • Achieving sales targets with your team.

  • Providing first class customer services all round.

  • General administrative duties.

  • Have excellent sales, customer service and administration skills.

  • Computer skills are required, especially Microsoft Office & online marketplace platforms such as eBay/Amazon etc.

  • Social media knowledge would be a bonus to drive business forward

The successful candidate will be situated at our brand new head office in Blackburn.
