Job Description

Working in our Customer Service department, you need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and behaviours as well as service knowledge. You will be facilitating office organisation and communication by performing administrative duties and acting as a receptionist.

Working within a team of 6 in our busy customer services department, some of the tasks you will undertake are;

  • Reception & switchboard,
  • Arranging export shipments,
  • Export documentation,
  • Sales order input,
  • Post,
  • General office duties
