The apprentice will be working within the Corporate Support department at Bowker BMW based in Blackburn. The role will involve administration and account management.
The position is for corporate support.
The responsibilities will be to update a few reporting systems, one of which ensures that the business is FCA compliant.
The others are internal updates and loading finance documents before a delivery is allowed to take place.
We advertise on several websites that need to be kept up to date with the latest offers.
The apprentice will also need to show a good telephone manor to update customers on the progress of their vehicle order.
The individual will be an integral part of a Corporate sales team that needs to work well together.
- Person Specification
The role will require an individual who is computer literate and has an extensive knowledge of excel.
To be able to work together in a team.
You will ideally have GCSE Maths and English grades A-C; however this is not an essential requirement.
You must be willing to work towards a Maths and English qualification if you do not already have one.
A good level of Maths and English is important, particularly verbal communication.
Ongoing training within the BMW Group as progression is made within the apprenticeship, following onto a potential full position
