We have a number of apprentice roles available within our firm at both our Blackburn and Burnley offices. The
positions are ideal for enthusiastic individuals, educated to at least GCSE or A Level standard, who want to gain
a professional qualification and progress their career - for which full study support will be provided.

Vacancy Description (September 2018 Start)
You will be given study support towards the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals - Payroll Technician Certificate qualification.
You will work as part of the payroll team processing weekly and monthly payroll information.
You will learn about payroll tax rules.
You will learn how to process workplace pension information as part of payrolls.
You will support the payroll team and help with team administration.

Competent using Microsoft Office Packages
Keen to play an active role in a dynamic team and willing to contribute to the success of the team and the firm as a whole.
Great at communicating with people at all levels – face to face and in writing.
Positive and good at using your initiative.
Organised, good at working under pressure and to strict deadlines.
Ambitious, motivated and have a willingness and enthusiasm for learning.
Be educated to GCSE standard (with a minimum of grade B in English and Maths, or Grade 5 or above with the new grading structure) or A Level standard.
You will have the option to go on to a further professional qualification.
