We have a number of apprentice roles available within our firm at both our Blackburn and Burnley offices. The

positions are ideal for enthusiastic individuals, educated to at least GCSE or A Level standard, who want to gain

a professional qualification and progress their career - for which full study support will be provided.

Vacancy Description (September 2018 Start)

You will be keeping the firm’s database up-to-date by importing new data, updating records and performing any necessary cross checks.

You will provide support to managers and team members with printing, photocopying and binding.

You will assist with mailshots and typing.

You will carry out diary management for both internal and external meetings.

You will carry out identity checks for potential clients using SmartSearch on the internet.

You will carry out, efficiently and effectively, a variety of administration duties to include general ad-hoc office duties.

Desirable Qualifications

Be educated to GCSE standard (with a minimum of grade B in English and Maths, or Grade 5 or above with the new grading structure) or A Level standard.

Future Prospects

Potential progression on to higher apprenticeships.

Things to Consider

  • Working at client premises occasionally so travel away from home may be included.
  • This Apprenticeship starts in September 2018.

· 23.5 days’ holiday per annum + bank holidays (3.5 days to be used for the Christmas
