- Job Description
To assist the business management team with roles such as producing reports, receiving payments, maintaining the reception area of the facility, ensuring relevant paperwork is available/ complete, and more. The Business Administration Apprentice will play a key role in assisting key staff members through an exceptionally busy period as a business.
In this role, you will be expected to assist the management and reception staff with key administrative tasks involved in facility management.
This includes, but is not limited to;
session attendance and member status,
receiving and processing payments,
updating social media pages,
ensuring all necessary paperwork is available and complete,
maintaining areas such as reception and offices,
and working with the management team to provide assistance on performance monitoring and app based software.
- Person Specification
Most relevant skills will be gained throughout employment; however, we expect the applicant to be computer literate, able to follow clear instructions and able to work as part of a team and individually.
The successful applicant should be a role model to all clients to the facility. Although the role is focused on business administration, an interest in looking after their own health and fitness is encouraged.
In addition, a passion to succeed within the role should be demonstrated throughout the interview process, and throughout the entire employment.
Finally, the applicant should demonstrate enthusiasm for working as part of a larger team, in addition to being comfortable completing individual tasks to contribute to the overall success of that team.
We expect all applicants to have a minimum of 5 GCSE grades A-C, with Maths and English being essential.
