- Job Description
General office administrative duties will include; scanning, filing, data input, using excel spreadsheets etc.
To receive in the daily post and log in Engineers’ Weekly Timesheets onto excel spreadsheets and overtime spreadsheets.
All timesheets to be checked against Job Cards attached to timesheet, to check job numbers and time matches and all paperwork received.
Input timesheets into SAP system.
Scan timesheets and rename and upload into Company SharePoint Folder.
File paperwork as necessary.
Scan and rename Sales Invoices to Customers and upload into SharePoint.
Any other general admin duties as required.
Training will be given on systems including SAP, Coupa, Planon and training on financial admin for pricing up and billing jobs to our Customers to same standard as existing Contract Administrators
- Person Specification
Good numeracy, literacy and IT skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel.
Willingness to learnDesired qualifications
GCSE Maths, English and IT grade A - DFuture prospects
