Vision Support Services is a leader in global textile manufacture and distribution. Our customer base comes from global accommodation providers, renowned high street retailers, laundries, public bodies and healthcare organisations. The Apprentice Customer Services Advisor is a role designed to allow first time employees from education to move in to a live commercial environment to increase their skills and knowledge. The role sits within our Customer Services teams and exposes the role holder in to both internal company practices and our broad customer base.
Duties will include;
Processing and amending customer orders
Support outbound sales programs
Logging activity and tasks on to the CRM
Following up on quotes and pricing lists
First customer contact requests
Follow up calls on order queries
Sample order processing
Fielding inbound telephone enquiries
Complaint and objection handling
Product delivery queries
From time to time the company may require the Apprentice Warehouse Logistical Administrator to perform duties outside of this specific remit. Any additional duties will be agreed and in line with the Vision Support Services business needs and model and the capability of the individual in role.
- Person Specification
Vision Support Services are seeking a positive individual to lead and grow with our organisation.
We need the individual to have a proficiency with the basic Microsoft office packages and have a proficiency in English and Maths.
With exposure to direct clients the individual needs to be able to develop a confidence when dealing with people.
Willingness to learn
Able to fit in well to a team
A good standard of GCSE grades in Maths and English
