Brief Overview

The apprentice will be working within the Corporate Support department at Bowker BMW based in Blackburn. The role will involve administration and account management.

Duties and Responsibilities

The position is for an admin role within the Corporate Support department.

The responsibilities will be:

To update a few reporting systems, one of which ensures that the business is FCA compliant

The others are internal updates and loading finance documents before a delivery is allowed to take place

We advertise on several websites that need to be kept up to date with the latest offers

The apprentice will also need to show a good telephone manor to update customers on the progress of their vehicle order

The individual will be an integral part of a Corporate sales team that needs to work well together

Person Specification

Desirable Skills

The role will require an individual who is computer literate and has an extensive knowledge of Excel

A good level of verbal communication

Personal Qualities

To be able to work together in a team

Desired Qualifications

You will ideally have GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English grades A-C; however this is not an essential requirement

You must be willing to work towards a Maths and English qualification if you do not already have one

Permanent employment

Ongoing training within the BMW Group as progression is made within the apprenticeship, following onto a potential full position
