B-605 Business Administration Apprentice at Haworths Chartered Accountants based in Accrington
- Job Description
The post holder will be responsible for providing administration and reception duties, being the first point of contact, both in person and on the telephone and supporting the administrative function of the Company.
Duties will include;
Undertake binding, copying, scanning as required, ensure kitchen is stocked. Undertake daily banking, post, franking and errands as required
Answer incoming telephone calls and direct the calls as necessary, forward messages to staff members
Liase with receptionist to ensure cover is maintained at all times
To undertake word processing and data processing using Word and Excel
Assist in new client set up including processing new details, setting up new files and generating engagement letters
Ordering and maintaining all stock levels
To organise refreshments for client meetings
To comply with office policies and procedures
To undertake other duties as assigned from time to time
- Person Specification
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Willingness to learn
Maths & English at least level C/4 or equivalent.
Would be considered if opportunity arose.
