Job Description

At Time2, we sell Android Tablet PCs, Apple iPad/ iPhone cases and a wide range of Tablet accessories through various ecommerce websites. For the thousands of customers who buy from us on a monthly basis, you may be their first point of contact. It’s simple – you will provide an outstanding experience for every customer.

You will be required to take ownership of every customer contact and expected to deliver on each and every promise dealing with customer queries. Our customers thrive on the personal, honest service they receive from our customer services team.

The role will involve:

  • Effective, professional handling of inbound customer queries via e-mail and telephone with utmost urgency and professionalism
  • Assisting customers with order placement, site navigation and purchasing decisions through telephone or e-mail
  • Developing friendly relationships with customers on all online sales channels
  • Displaying an understanding of our online services, upholding product knowledge and displaying this to our consumers
  • Entering orders and processing returns
  • Escalating any customer complaints and unresolved issues to the line manager
  • Assisting with other projects within the company such as marketing

Person Specification

Skills

Excellent written and spoken English – the role requires you to communicate with customers throughout the day via e-mail and telephone

Excellent communication and problem solving skills

Good listening skills, demonstrating a caring attitude

Basic knowledge of PC in Windows, and familiarity of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and Outlook

Time management and organisational skills
