This is a fantastic opportunity for an Enthusiastic, Reliable, Organised and hardworking candidate to join a well- established Pub and Restaurant as an Apprentice Chef.
The company are looking train and develop an Apprentice Chef working and training under the head Chef.
Main duties & responsibilities:
All aspects of the kitchen from cleaning, prepping, paperwork, ordering, cooking and presentation.
Working along side the head chef and other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth running of the kitchen and all orders going out to a high spec.

Minimum Level 1 qualification
Must have the ability to undertake an initial assessment at the college.

Apprenticeship or Advanced Apprenticeship
Intermediate Apprenticeship – Level 2 Professional Cookery
Minimum of 12 months, maximum of 15 months
Training to be Provided
All aspects of NVQ Level 2 Professional Cookery or Level 2 Food Production and Cooking.
Will be trained in the workplace and assessed either totally in the workplace or one day release at college.
