Main duties include maintaining safe and hygienic working practices to a high standard and undertaking food and drink service responsibilities. Full training in all areas of restaurant and bar will be provided.

Maths and English Language GCSE or equivalent qualifications preferred but must have the ability to undertake an initial assessment.

Advanced Apprenticeship – Level 3 Hospitality, Supervision and Leadership
Training to be Provided
All aspects of NVQ Level 2 Food and Beverage/ Beverage Service or Level 3 Hospitality, Supervision and Leadership. You will be trained and assessed in the workplace.
Level 2 Apprenticeship – minimum of 12 months, maximum of 18 months
Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship – minimum of 12 months, maximum of 18 months
Duration can vary depending on commitment/ experience of candidate
