We have started our search for the stars of the future.

Candidates lucky enough to win a place on the scheme gain practical hands-on experience whilst working towards NVQ levels 2 - 3.   You will train and work in a thriving group of companies that will help launch your career whether it be as a chef under the watchful eye of Nigel Haworth and a team of highly talented, hard-working professionals.

You will receive thorough training throughout your Apprenticeship with us which including:

A full months induction before hitting the kitchen floor.

Company History and Ethos, policies and procedures and statutory training.

You will also have the opportunity to move round the different sites across the business and will be required to spend four months at each location before moving on to the next. The first years are about getting an understanding of the different types of establishments so individuals can make a choice as to where their career lies (be that at Michelin level, pub or large scale corporate hospitality.)
