- Job Description
The successful candidate will be a confident person looking to work in the B2B supply industry. They will need an attention to detail and an excellent telephone manner. A positive attitude and the ability to work with minimum supervision as well as part of the bigger team is essential.
The position is office based and will require the successful candidate to work alongside and support a small team with achieving our business goals.
The role will include:
- Taking calls from customers and suppliers and passing on messages where necessary
- Filing of documentation to ensure they are easily on hand
- Updating the company database with supplier/customer information
- We need the successful candidate to be flexible in their work as our day-to-day workload can vary significantly
The role will suit an individual with good numeracy and literacy skills who is happy to work in a very busy office environment. They will need to be diligent and conscientious and happy to speak with different people face to face and on the phone.
On the job training will be given and assistance in obtaining formal qualifications.>
