Brief overview of the role
The apprentice will be involved in a number of key roles and grasp a very broad understanding of the online retail industry. They will not only gain skills within the administrative process but also be involved in ensuring all customers are satisfied with their purchase from the point of ordering to delivery to aftersales.
Duties will include;
- General administration
- Providing office services by implementing administrative process e.g. filing, organising, making calls and dealing with enquiries etc.
- Sales and marketing – Daily check of sales, print sales, booking into royal mail for collection, listing new items on the website, designing marketing literature & art work, contacting prospective clients, Facebook and twitter promotions.

Maintaining patient and data confidentiality
Warm and friendly
Methodical and ability to work to a structure
Willing to commit to the amount of study included in the qualification
Maths and English GCSE A-C / 4-9 would be preferred or equivalent qualifications
