Brief Overview

The apprentice will be involved in a number of key roles. They will gain valuable skills within the administrative process whilst ensuring all customers are satisfied with their purchase.

Job Description

The Administration Apprentice has the following responsibilities:

General admin duties

Answering telephone calls

Filing and managing paperwork

Liaising with clients and customers

Assisting all departments when needed

Sort and distribute mail and correspondence to the relevant people

Updating the website

Posting invoices

Administrators handle day-to-day tasks in an office and make sure things run smoothly. This sort of work requires a strong sense of responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail.  This apprenticeship programme is designed for people who have a supporting role in an office environment. At level 2 administrators will be required to carry out various administration duties in line with their job role.
