Job Description

JK Insurance provides local people and clients from all over the UK with a professional service. The expert staff ensure clients get an insurance policy which best suits the customer. JK Insurance specialise in a variety of insurances and aim to provide you an insurance package which you will benefit from the most.

They are looking for a Customer Service Apprentice to join their team in the office carrying out a range of customer related tasks. This vacancy is for somebody who is hard working, willing to learn and is confident speaking with the public.

The role includes;

  • Greeting customers
  • Phonecalls with customers
  • Emails (inbound/outbound)
  • Writing/Typing letters and arranging these to be sent out in the post
  • General Office duties, support internal colleagues
  • Working with Customers face to face
  • Updating customer details
