Job Description

AGS Tech Ltd are looking for an apprentice to undertake administrative duties.

Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

Administrative support to service desk staff,

Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff,

Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments,

Assisting with scheduling works to engineers,

Maintaining documents from day to day works,

Keeping the CRM database up to date,

General administrative duties.
