Job Description

Company Bio

FACE is a non-profit organisation which endeavours to promote and organise community events and activities involving the local areas of Blackburn with Darwen, Lancashire.

We are a leading movement in building a more integrated society. We work on a local level to connect people together across all ages and walks of life.

Established in 2013, FACE is a growing team which works closely with the local council, emergency services and fellow community organisations as well as schools and diverse sporting and religious bodies.

We deliver sports coaching, education and personal development programmes, providing young people and adults with opportunities to change their lives for the better.


Your duties will include;

Organising weekly registers

Cash flow spreadsheets

Liaising with graphic designers and printers

Being the voice of FACE

Making and receiving calls for new business

Managing social media feeds

General office management and procurement will also be a part of the role

Keeping accurate records of all donations and fundraising

The need to contact and organise meetings with educational establishments, businesses and fellow non for profit organisations is also a must

You will liaise with funding partners, donors, parents and team FACE as a whole. We will hope to develop your design skills and also undergo basic google docs training.
