Apprentice Recruitment Administrator

Fixed Term up to 18 months or completion of Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
You will join the Commercial and Business Development Team and will be responsible for providing administrative support for Apprenticeship Recruitment. You will provide administration of information on employer vacancies and apprentice applicants and will support the Business Development Team in maximising the number of apprentice applicants who are successfully recruited.
This will include administration of recruitment events, Apprentice applications, contacting applicants, contacting employers, confirming interview arrangements with applicants and employers, maintaining a database and providing reports as required.
With a good standard of education at GCSE Level – 5 GCSEs at Grades A-C or Equivalent and a willingness to work towards Intermediate or Advanced Apprenticeship in Business Administration you must be able to work to agreed deadlines and prioritise your workload. Ideally you will have experience of working within an office environment and of using IT systems including Microsoft Office.
