Apprentice Recruitment Co-ordinator

Apprenticeships are a key priority both for Blackburn College and as part of the national agenda. The college is committed to the growth of its Apprenticeship provision, including recruitment to Higher Level Apprenticeships. The post holder will join the Commercial and Business Development Team and will be responsible for coordinating information to support Apprenticeship Recruitment. You will provide coordination of information on employer vacancies and apprentice applicants and will support the Business Development Team in maximising the number of apprentice applicants who are successfully recruited.
With a good standard of education to NVQ Level 2 qualification or above preferably in a business related subject as well as Level 2 in Literacy and numeracy you must have up to date knowledge of apprenticeships and experience of developing effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
