Overview

Perfecting baking skills for various breads to be eaten on their own or accompanied with other dishes. Products over the three weeks can be experimented with other flavours and ingredients. All products made will be taken home.

  • Week 1 White and Brown rolls
  • Week 2 Baguettes
  • Week 3 Naan bread- plain, garlic and cheese 
Entry Requirements

There are no entry criteria.

How will I be assessed?

You will be making a range of products and developing techniques over the three weeks as well as gaining the knowledge and tips to re-create these products at home.
