The course is aimed at anyone who is interested in Italian cooking and is perfect for those wishing to take their cooking and presentations skills to the next level.

Menu includes:

Bruschetta of caramelised onion, Goats cheese and Basil. 

Main Course
Spinach & Ricotta Tortellini, Naples Sauce  

Traditional Tiramisu. Coffee Gel, Pulled Sugar.  

What will I study?

Our chefs will guide you through a series of dishes including starter / main and dessert, taken from menus from the best restaurants that represent cuisine from around the world.   

You will enjoy learning and practising new skills under the excellent guidance of our professional chef.
