Overview

The course is aimed at anyone who is interested in Indian cooking and is perfect for those wishing to take their cooking and presentations skills to the next level.

Menu includes:

Starter
Meat Samosa & Onion bhaji
(Duo of starter Served with spiced mint raita)  

Main Course
Butter Chicken
(Creamy tomato sauce, Mixed with tandoori chicken and finished with cream and honey)

Dessert
Malpuva
(Indian Pancake with diplomat cream & Pistachio crumb).  

What will I study?

Our chef will guide you through a series of dishes including starter / main and dessert, taken from menus from the best restaurants that represent cuisine from around the world.
